These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MARANATHA website, online store, digital experiences, content, and other services that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About MARANATHA
MARANATHA is a music project and creative entity based in California, United States, serving fans and customers around the world.
Throughout these Terms, "MARANATHA," "we," "us," and "our" refer to MARANATHA and the entity operating the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes, including:
Learning about MARANATHA and our music
Listening to or viewing MARANATHA content

Participating in fan experiences, drops, promotions, or other activities we make available

3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents—including music, recordings, videos, photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, trademarks, names, designs, text, written materials, merchandise designs, and other creative works—are owned by or licensed to MARANATHA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The MARANATHA name, logos, artwork, visual identity, and other brand elements may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any MARANATHA intellectual property.
You may view, listen to, or interact with MARANATHA content for personal, non-commercial purposes where the Site or applicable platform permits such use.
You may share links to MARANATHA's website or publicly available content through social media and other platforms, provided that your use does not suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist.
4. Music and Third-Party Streaming Platforms
MARANATHA's music and other content may be available through third-party platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other current or future streaming and social media platforms.
Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
MARANATHA does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, policies, content, security, or practices.
5. Merchandise and Purchases
If you purchase merchandise through the Site, additional terms may apply to your purchase, including product descriptions, pricing, shipping information, return and exchange policies, and other order-specific terms.
Product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, and availability are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing, product descriptions, or other errors
Change or discontinue products
Limit quantities
Refuse or cancel orders when necessary
Correct errors in orders or transactions
Update product availability without prior notice
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will provide an appropriate refund of the amount charged for the canceled portion of the order.

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. MARANATHA does not directly store complete payment card information unless expressly stated otherwise.
By submitting an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping, delivery estimates, returns, exchanges, refunds, and related policies may be described separately on the Site.
Those policies, as applicable to your purchase, are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery times may vary based on destination, shipping method, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and circumstances outside our control.
8. Fan Sign-Ups, Email, and SMS/Text Messaging
When you voluntarily provide your email address or phone number through the Site, Laylo, or another MARANATHA-approved fan experience, you may receive communications from us based on the choices and consent you provide.
These communications may include:
New music
Release announcements
Merchandise
Exclusive content
Events
Fan experiences
Promotions
Other MARANATHA news and updates
Email marketing communications may be discontinued at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the applicable communication.
SMS/text marketing may be discontinued by following the instructions included in the applicable messages, including replying STOP where applicable.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

9. Fan-Submitted Content
From time to time, MARANATHA may allow fans to submit or post content, including photographs, videos, comments, messages, artwork, testimonials, or other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of User Content that you own.
By submitting User Content to MARANATHA through the Site or an official MARANATHA fan experience, you grant MARANATHA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensing license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, and otherwise use that User Content in connection with MARANATHA, its music, marketing, website, social media, merchandise, and promotional activities.
This license does not mean MARANATHA owns your User Content.
You represent that:
You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
Your submission does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Your submission does not violate applicable law
You have obtained any necessary permissions from people appearing in the content
You should not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the Site unless specifically requested.
MARANATHA reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
10. Contests, Promotions, and Special Experiences
MARANATHA may occasionally offer contests, giveaways, promotions, exclusive drops, pre-save campaigns, fan experiences, or other special opportunities.
Additional terms may apply to those activities and will govern if they conflict with these Terms.

MARANATHA is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, content, or performance of third-party services.
12. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us.

MARANATHA is based in California and serves fans around the world. Information may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries through MARANATHA and its service providers.
MARANATHA does not sell or rent fan lists, email addresses, phone numbers, or personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or other organizations for their own independent marketing purposes.

13. Copyright Complaints

MARANATHA does not guarantee that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MARANATHA and its owners, artists, representatives, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, purchases made through the Site, third-party services, or inability to access the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARANATHA's total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid to MARANATHA for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MARANATHA and its owners, artists, representatives, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys' fees—arising out of or related to:

Your misuse of the Site
Your User Content
Your violation of another person's rights
Your violation of applicable law
17. International Users
MARANATHA welcomes fans from around the world.
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you in your location.
Products, promotions, communications, and other services may not be available in every country.
International purchases may be subject to customs requirements, import restrictions, taxes, duties, and other local regulations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
18. California Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts located in California, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer located outside California, nothing in this section is intended to override mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specifically applicable to particular products, services, promotions, or experiences, constitute the entire agreement between you and MARANATHA regarding your use of the Site, except where additional terms expressly apply.
